Afternoon Express Rafting
Do you like to sleep in, have a hard time getting the kids moving in the morning, or simply prefer to do things later in the day?
If you answered “yes,” then our Afternoon Express Rafting trips are the perfect fit for your schedule! You can arrive as late as 1 pm midweek or 3 pm on weekends to take advantage of our 1/2 day whitewater rafting trips. These half day rafting trips run on the same 8-mile, Class I and II, section of the Lehigh River as our Family Style Whitewater Rafting trips but you will not stop for lunch. RAFTING TRIP NOTES
- Most of our rafts accommodate 4 to 7 people. If you have less than 4 people in your group, there is a possibility you will be teamed up with other whitewater rafting guests.
- Express family rafting trips do NOT include the free bbq lunch. In order to accommodate the late arrival time, will bypass lunch. If you prefer a longer trip that includes lunch, we recommend our Family Style Whitewater Rafting Trip.
- If you forget something you can pick it up in our rafting retail shop.
- Wear shoes that will not fall off your feet. Bare feet, flip flops, slides, or slippers are NOT permitted.
- Your photo is taken on the river and available for purchase in our store at the end of your day or online at PoconoWhitewaterPhotos.com.
