POCONO WHITEWATER STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

• Pocono Whitewater reservations canceled more than 10 days before the trip date may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
• Pocono Whitewater reservations canceled within 10 days of the trip date may be rescheduled or converted to a digital raincheck voucher (delivered via email) equal to the dollar amount paid by guests. Digital rainchecks are valid for 2 years.
• All Pocono Whitewater reservation cancellations within 2 days of the trip date will have a $20.00 rebooking fee deducted from their digital raincheck voucher. This includes no-shows, day-of-trip cancellations, and late arrivals who cannot raft. For example, if your trip is on a Saturday, you would need to cancel by Wednesday (end of business day) in order to avoid the $20.00 raincheck deduction.
• Although extremely rare, all reservations canceled by Pocono Whitewater can be rescheduled, receive a digital raincheck voucher, or be fully refunded. It’s your choice!

PRIVATE TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY

• Pocono Whitewater reservations for Private Trips canceled more than 10 days before the trip date may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
• Pocono Whitewater reservations for Private Trips canceled within 10 days of the trip date may be rescheduled or have a digital raincheck voucher issued via email. Digital raincheck vouches will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after your originally scheduled trip date. Digital Rainchecks are equal to the dollar amount of paid guests and are valid for 2 years.
• All Pocono Whitewater reservations for Private Trips canceled within 2 days of the trip date will have a $20.00 rebooking fee deducted from their digital raincheck voucher. For example, if your trip is on a Saturday, you must cancel by Wednesday (end of business day) to avoid the $20.00 raincheck deduction.
• Private groups who show up with less than 10 guests present OR cancel completely (without rebooking) within 2 days of their trip date will forfeit all money paid for the first 10 people. They will receive a digital raincheck voucher for any paid rafters after the first 10 paid people (starting at 11 and up paid rafters). This includes no-shows, day-of-trip cancellations, and late arrivals who cannot raft. GLBs will only apply to rafters present that day!!!
• Although very rare, all private trip reservations canceled by Pocono Whitewater can reschedule, receive a digital raincheck, or be fully refunded. It’s your choice!
